With our well-being coach, Katherine (Kat) Palms and private chef, Laura Mason, we provide seasonal activities and healthy dining experiences tailored to your needs and indulgences. We create a get-away-from-it- all retreat for you to relax, replenish and rejuvenate your state of mind and body.
Your stay will include: Daily yoga, Pilates, and meditation sessions customized to your groups goals and abilities. Meals designed around your health and lifestyle requests. SUPs, kayaks, vollyball are available for your pleasure.
Add-on optional activities can include: 60 or 90 minute massage, well-being workshops on yoga and meditation, sauna sessions, vineyard tours, cooking workshops, bike rentals. Group transportation can be arranged upon request.
