Automatic Writing - Mental Cleanse

Automatic Writing is commonly seen as a spiritual practice, however, for this practice & cleanse process Automatic Writing is simply seen as a way to understand one’s emotions and what is going on inside their mind. This is way this practice is a perfect way to create a mental cleanse!

It is so easy to get distracted by thoughts, they are constantly pulling us in different directions. Luckily, through the practice of automatic writing we can be able to pin point and hear our truths and ignore the rest.

The best time to practice automatic writing is when you are completely stressed out and worried, and when you feel lost, insecure, and frustrated with yourself.

Why?

Because that is when you need to truly listen to yourself. We each have the power to calm our own mind. We can find ease in any situation. It can be as simple as taking time to pause, become aware of our breath and find a pen and paper!

Another time to practice automatic writing is when you want clarity on how you feel. There is no wrong time to pause, and take time to observe and interact with thoughts and feelings.

Automatic Writing Process:

·  Take a deep breath.

·  Center yourself and get into a calm state of mind

·  Find a place that is free of distraction.

·  Decide on how you will write (pen & paper or typing on a computer etc.)

·  Set a timer (or just write until you feel better)

·  Clear your mind.

·  Close your eyes.

·  Put your pen to the paper

·  Let your hands/thoughts do what they want.

·  Once finished review and reflect on writing.

I would love to hear how the detox and automatic writing goes for you? Do you feel lighter? Clearer? Grounded?

A healthy gut can grant us a clearer mind, but we can still find unease and stress from our thoughts! By incorporating automatic writing with the detox it can help us to unravel a mess of thoughts.

Cleansing the body through a detox diet of plant foods, and cleansing the mind through automatic writing helps us to be rooted, and more clear in our soul purpose/who we are at any given moment. These two practices are a sure way to cleanse the body, mind & soul!

WARNING * Participating in this 3 day detox and automatic writing may be addicting.

Repetition of both processes has been found to happen weekly.
