My Well-Being Retreat in Sedona: A TourHero Review

This past May, I had the privilege of leading a group of beautiful souls to Sedona, Arizona, for a deeply nourishing well-being retreat. Surrounded by the striking red rocks, peaceful desert air, and grounding energy of this sacred place, we came together for four unforgettable days of movement, connection, healing, and joy all made seamless with the support of TourHero.

As a retreat leader, it’s incredibly important to me that my guests feel cared for in every detail — from accommodations to meals to activities and downtime. With TourHero’s help, that vision was fully brought to life. Their platform and team supported me every step of the way, from planning the itinerary to managing payments and logistics, allowing me to stay focused on what I love most: creating an intentional, heart-centered space for transformation.

Our Experience in Sedona

Each day in Sedona was filled with presence and purpose. Mornings began with yoga and Pilates sessions on the outdoor platform, where we flowed and breathed under the vast Arizona sky, surrounded by the energy of the land. Our movement practices were a blend of strength, stillness, and softness — a perfect way to start the day grounded and open.

Afternoons brought a mix of solo time and shared experiences. Some guests chose to hike the red rock trails, journal in the sun, or rest deeply. Others booked healing sessions or took time to simply be. One of the most memorable offerings was the massage and bodywork provided by Danielle and her amazing team — their intuitive touch and calming energy were true gifts.

Evenings were a time to come together. We gathered around the table for vibrant, nourishing meals created by the talented Chef Taylor Mae, who poured creativity and care into every dish. After dinner, we sat in a circle for open-hearted conversation, reflection, and laughter under the stars. These moments of connection are always what make a retreat truly special.

We were graciously hosted by Stacey at The Well Being Retreat, a serene and beautiful private property that provided the perfect backdrop for our time together. Every corner of the space invited calm, reflection, and reconnection. It truly felt like a home away from home.

And personally, I was so grateful to have my incredible support crew by my side — Linnea, Gretchen, and my mom. Their presence, warmth, and behind-the-scenes magic helped bring everything together.

Why TourHero Made It Seamless

As anyone who has hosted a retreat knows, there’s a lot to manage. From organizing room bookings to answering guest questions, coordinating transportation, and handling payments — the admin can quickly pile up. This is where TourHero absolutely shines.

Working with them gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus on the experience itself. The team was responsive, professional, and clearly passionate about making retreats stress-free and successful for both hosts and guests. I can’t recommend them enough.
