Hi, I’m Katherine (Kat) Palms — I help people slow down, release stress, and feel at home in their bodies. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and soul-nourishing retreats, I guide you to reconnect with yourself and your natural rhythms.

My passion for wellbeing practices took off in 2012, when a head injury playing college lacrosse led me to yoga and meditation as powerful tools for healing. What started as personal recovery became a calling to share these practices with others.

I studied my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica, and continued studies in India under direct students of T.K.V. Desikachar. Since 2012 I have continued my studies and my holistic approach blends Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Somatic Experiencing, Barre, Pilates, Qi Gong and modern mobility techniques. Each unique class I teach is designed to be accessible—supporting stress relief, nervous system health, and long-term mobility—so you leave feeling grounded, open, and recharged.

Beyond the studio, I create immersive retreats that combine movement, local cuisine, and outdoor adventures in beautiful destinations like Sedona, Greece, Sicily and Michigan’s Leelanau Peninsula. These experiences are designed to help you rest deeply, move joyfully, and return home with a renewed sense of vitality.
